Image File Preparation
All pre-edited files need to be at the final print size.
File Formats: We recommend saving your image in either TIFF or Photoshop(PSD) format, 16-bit pixel depth allows for smoother tranition of colours and nearly elimates any chance of banding.
JPEG's will only be accepted for 11x14 or smaller images..
Color Space: Save all images in RGB color mode, Adobe RGB (1998) or ProPhoto RGB.
Resolution:
Images to be printed 16" x 20" or smaller should have a maximum resolution of 360 pixels per inch (ppi). Any resolution higher than 360 ppi is unnecessary. Images between 16" x 20" and 30" x 40" should have a resolution between 250 - 300 ppi. Images larger than 30" x 40" can be 200 pixels per inch.
Submitting: Images will be accepted on CD/DVD and USB drives only. Uploads can also be arranged.
